Sep end, 2022 – Goa trip with family and friends

We took train from Bangalore to Goa (Vasco). Went straight to Candolim beach Marquis Beach Resort. The stretch of beach in front of the resort was quite clean and had very sparse crowd. It felt almost like a private beach. However, it was not yet season in Goa. So crowd was anyways less.

The Resort

Candolim is a great place to stay in Goa. Reason being, though it is away from the crowd and hustle bustle of Calangute, Baga beach area, yet there are enough and more good places to eat and shop in the area.

We just had our breakfast included as part of package in the resort.

We would otherwise head to the main road (just a mins drive from the resort), and explore restaurants there. We had lunch in a place called Tomato’s Garden restaurant. It was good. There is also Fisherman’s cove which is also had good food.
